Founded by Millie R. Fell, MD, FACS, almost a decade ago, Brighton Eye Associates (BEA) is known throughout the community as a compassionate, state-of-the-art Ophthalmology Medical and Surgical Practice. Conveniently located in the Brighton Beach area of Brooklyn, NY, BEA's new offices use the latest ophthalmological equipment and techniques. The Practice continues its tradition of one-on-one patient care, concerned about the entire patient. In a relaxed environment, BEA patients are encouraged to ask questions and share concerns about any clinical information discussed. Dr. Fell, a Board Certified Ophthalmologist and Fellow of the American College of Surgery, requires her high patient care standards be applied throughout the Practice from the busy front desk to all medical personnel. Two highly-skilled Optometrists join Dr. Fell in the Practice. From Seniors to children, all patients are welcome.

When medically indicated, many surgical procedures are performed in the office and at an Ambulatory Surgical Center in Brooklyn so that patients can return to daily activities as quickly as possible. When indicated surgery is also performed at New York's prestigious New York Eye & Ear Hospital.
